Liverpool continued their victory parade in the League and it this time it was Brighton’s turn to give the Champions a guard of honour at the Amex.

Goals from Jordan Henderson and a brace from Mohammed Salah ensured the Reds recorded their 30th win of the season as they saw off a comfortable 3-1 win over Brighton.

The home side put up a decent performance on the night as they attempted to correct two first half errors that gave the Champions a two goals advantage but the damage but Mohammed Salah’s second goal of the night in the second half out the game beyond the Seagulls.

With four matches left to the end of the season, the Reds are just eight points away from equalling Manchester City’s record of 100 points set in the 2017/2018 season.
