#Lockdown: Policeman extort N40,000 from this Nigerian (Watch Video)
A police officer named Taloju Martins allegedly extorted a Nigerian of forty thousand Nigerian due to the lockdown caused by the deadly Coronavirus.
With the country on lockdown, the Police officer allegedly colected a bribe of 40,000 from a citizen who left his house to get food.
In a video that has gone viral on social media, the officer is senn counting money he forced the citizen who resides in Lagos State to pay.
Popular Nigerian artiste Rugged Man made the video viral posting on his pae with a caption that said, “Officer Taloju Martins extorts 40,000 from a man who went to get food yesterday Friday 10th of April 2020 at Ago Iwoye. He is the SO of Ago Police station Lagos and was caught on camera clearly. Please intervene.

A statement was issued by the Lagos State Police Command revealing the Officer has been arrested with a statement in their official Twitter account which said, “The Police Officer from Ago Division in the trending video has been identified and arrested. He will be subjected to internal disciplinary proceedings known as Orderly room trial. #SayNOtoImpunity #BeSafe.
Rugged man confirmed the arrest of the policeman with a statement which said, “UPDATE: The officer has been arrested and contact has been made with the victim, who will soon go to write a statement and get his money back.
