A video obtained via Sahara Reporters revealed the testimony of a lady who was flogged with a whip on her left arm by a Nigerian Army personnel.

According to the lady, she was whipped because she didn’t him and his colleagues in Sangotedo, Eti-Osa Local Government Area of Lagos.

She said;

“Because they are in Army uniform and I didn’t greet them, I should have knelt for you, I should lay on the floor for you and lick your feet because you are God?”
