Former flying eagles striker, Taiwo Awoniyi scored his debut goal for his new club, Union Berlin in a 2-1 victory at FC Koln.
Awoniyi scored the opening goal of the match as he controlled a header from his teammate in between two opposing defenders before slotting the ball into the bottom-right corner of the goalkeeper.

The 24-year-old was on for 73 minutes before he was replaced by German striker Cedric Teuchert.

The former Mainz striker is currently on loan from his parent club, Liverpool to Union Berlin for a season.
