Super Falcons striker Ifeoma Onumonu has been honoured by her clubside Gotham FC for reaching 100 appearnaces for the club in the US National Women’s Soccer League.
Onumonu was honored in a recent game with a big plaque with her name and “100” inscribed on it as well as a flower.
The 29-year-old striker joined Gotham in 2020 from Reign Women after 21 appearnces for the club.
The lanky striker has been quite pr9lific in front of goal since joining the New Jersey club with about goals.

The former Portland Thorns striker signed a contract extention with Gotham in 2022 which will see her remain at the club until 2025.
Onumonu’s Gotham are currently 6th on the league table with 31 points after 22 games this season.
