Super Eagles and Napoli striker, Victor Osimhen has received the Globe Soccer award for the Power Horse Emerging Player Of The Year.
Osimhen won the award in November 2022 defeating the likes of Gavi and Fede Valverde to win the prize.
He is the highest goalscorer in the Serie A currently with 10 goals and two assists in 13 games.
He made the announcement regarding the award on his Twitter handle.
“Just receive the @Globe_Soccer Award For The Power Horse Emerging Player Of The Year, Thank You For The Recognition, And To Those That Have Been Supporting Me Through The Year, I appreciate Y’all. God is the Greatest 💯🙏,” he Tweeted.
Osimhen has scored 11 goals and registered three assists in 16 matches across all club competitions this season.
He has scored 15 goals in 23 matches for the Super Eagles of Nigeria.
