Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen scored a landmark club goal in Napoli’s Serie A win over Sassuolo.
Napoli got a 2-0 victory over Frosinone on Sunday, August 27 at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium.
Osimhen scored the first goal of the match in the 26th minute from the penalty spot.
Giovanni scored the second goal of the game in the 64th minute off a Khvicha Kvaratskhelia assist. Kvaratskhelia came off the beach a few minutes earlier.
With his goal Osimhen has now scored 100 club goals in his career.
He scored 18 times for French Ligue 1 club Lille, 20 goals for Belgium Pro League club Charleroi and he has scored 62 goals for Napoli.
He has scored three goals in two Serie A matches this season.
Napoli are currently second on the Serie A table with six points from two matches in the division.
