Galatasaray recorded another win in the group phase of the UEFA Champions League courtesy of their top striker, Victor Osimhen.
Osimhen scored twice as the Turkish champions beat Bodo Glimt 3-1 on Wednesday night at the Rams Park in Istanbul.
The Super Eagles striker put Galatasaray ahead three minutes into the match as he received a defense-splitting pass from Gabonese Mario Lemina before slotting the ball into the bottom corner.
Osimhen doubled the lead a few minutes before the half-time break as he pounced on a defensive error to score his second goal of the night.
The Super Eagles striker took his tally in the competition to three goals after three matches as he became the first Galatasaray player to score in seven consecutive European matches.
Osimhen is the leading Nigerian top scorer in the history of the UEFA Champions League with 12 goals.
