England forward, Raheem Sterling has celebrated Chelsea’s win over West Ham in the Premier League.
The Blues defeated West Ham 2-1 on Saturday, September 3 at Stamford Bridge.
Michael Antonio scored the first goal of the game in the 62nd minute for the away team.
Ben Chillwell equalised for Chelsea 14 minutes later and Kai Havertz scored the winner in the 88th minute.
Sterling took to Twitter to celebrate his team’s victory.
“Left it late but we never gave up,” he Tweeted.
Sterling has scored three goals and registered one assist in six Premier League games this season.
Chelsea are currently fifth in the Premier League with 10 points from six games.
