See why FG extended NIN integration by 8 weeks

On Tuesday, February 2nd the President Muhaammadu Buhari led the Federal Government administration to extend the deadline for the ongoing National Identification Number (NIN) registration.

The new extension or the ongoing National Identification Number (NIN) and Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) integration is for eight weeks.

The deadline will now take place on the 6th of April 2021.

This was announced by a statement signed by Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Dr Isa Ali Ibrahim, Head Corporate Communications National Identity Management Commission, NIMC, Mr Kayode Adegoke, Dr Ikechukwu Adinde Nigerian Communications Commission, NCC.
