Sudanese Referee Ali Ismail will officiate the Super Eagles 2023 African Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifier against Sierra Leone.
Ismail’s compatriot Abdallah Ibrahim will be the assistant referee 1, Liban Abdourazak Ahmed who hails from Djibouti will be the assistant referee 2, Mohammed Diraneh Guedi who is also from Djibouti will be the assistant referee 3.
The Super Eagles will play the Leone Stars on Sunday, June 18 at the Samuel Kanyon Doe Sports Complex.
The Super Eagles camp is currently full to the brim as all the 23 invited players have arrived.
The Nigerian team currently sit atop Group A of the 2023 AFCON qualifiers with 9 points from four matches while Sierra Leone are in third place with five points from the same number of games.
Guinea-Bissau are in second place with seven points while Sao Tome and Principe are last with just one point.
AFCON 2023 will be held in Ivory Coast from January 13 2024 to February 11.
