Super Eagles captain Ahmed Musa apologizes to Nigerians for Sierra Leone come back (video)
The Super Eagles of Nigeria played out a 4-4 draw with the Leone Stars of Sierra Leone on Friday, November 13th.
It was a matchday three group qualifier for the 2022 Africa Cup of Nations Cup (AFCON) played at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium, Benin City.
The Super Eagles led with four goals but Sierra Leone fought back to get a point in the encounter.
Captain of the Super Eagles captain Ahmed Musa has issued an apology for the come back by Sierra Leone.
In a video posted on the official Super Eagles account, Musa as captain of the team apologizing to Nigerians for the comeback by Sierra Leone.
He said, “We made costly mistakes, we sincerely apologize and we promise we will fix things and get a win in Sierra Leone”
