Super Eagles captain Ahmed Musa denies contracting Coronavirus, explains reason for Isolation

Super Eagles captain Ahmed Musa has denied contracting the deadly Coronavirus and has explained the reason he is in isolation.

Musa returned from Saudi Arabia with his family and Super Eagles teammate John Ogu recently.

However, there have been reports demanding that the skipper has Coronavirus.

Ahmed Musa took to his official Instagram account to debunk claims that he and his family have tested positive for the deadly Coronavirus, he said,ย  “It has come to my notice that certain individuals have decided to post ๐Ÿ๐š๐ฅ๐ฌ๐ž ๐ง๐ž๐ฐ๐ฌ about me testing positive to Covid 19. โฃ

“This is a pandemic taking peoples lives in thousands so it is sad that some people want to use this to gain followers or views on their pages by spreading falsehood. โฃ

Ahmed Musa also reiterated his message on his official Twitter account, he said, “Pls ignore any false news about me or ๐Œ๐ฒ ๐Ÿ๐š๐ฆ๐ข๐ฅ๐ฒ testing positive to Covid 19. We are self isolating for 14 days as we just got in from Saudi Arabia as the law stipulates. Stay safe! Maintain social distance. AVOID FAKE NEWS!”
