A total of 21 players have arrived Super Eagles camp ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Lesotho and Zimbabwe.

Vice captain, Kenneth Omeruo of Leganes FC, Cardiff’s Jamilu Collins and Real Sociedad’s Umar Sadiq were the first to arrive camp on Monday.

Less than 24 hours after their arrival, 18 players have now arrived in Uyo where the Super Eagles will host Lesotho on Thursday.

Kelechi Iheanacho, Victor Boniface, Alex Iwobi, Ola Aina, Calvin Bassey, Semi Ajayi, Taiwo Awoniyi, Raphael Onyedika, Frank Onyeka and newly invited Bayer Leverkusen midfielder, Nathan Tella all arrived on Tuesday morning.

Francis Uzoho, and the newly-invited Bendel Insurance goalkeeper, Amas Obasogie who repalced Maduka Okoye is yet to arrive camp as of the time of publishing this report.

The Super Eagles are expected to hold their first training session later today ahead of the match against Lesotho who have also arrived in Uyo.

The Godswill Akpabio Stadium Uyo is the venue for the match on Thursday as Jose Peseiro looks to start the road to USA, Canada and Mexico on a postive note.
