For the friendly match against Mexico, the Nigeria Football Federation invited Tottenham Hotspurs goalkeeper, Joshua Oluwayemi.
Heartland FC goalkeeper Ikechukwu Ezenwa was dropped after picking up an injury in training and Oluwayemi was handed a late call-up to the squad as a replacement.
