Super Eagles of Nigeria defender Kevin Akpoguma was on target for Hoffenheim as they came back to beat Schalke 04 4 – 2 in a German Bundesliga fixture played on Saturday, May 8th.
Schalke went in front in the 12th minute when Mark Uth scored from a ball by Suat Serdar
In the 42nd minute they doubled their lead when Shkodran Mustafi converted a ball by Bastian Oczipka.
Andrej Kramaric scored to pull one back before the halftime break.
Kevin Akpoguma converted a ball by Kramaric to score the equaliser.
Christoph Baumgartner was assisted by Kramaric for the third.
While Ihlas Bebou converted a ball by Florian Grillitsch for the fourth as Hoffenheim held on for all three points.
