The Super Eagles of Nigeria will look to become the latest country to qualify into the final qualification round for rye 2022 World Cup as they take on Liberia and Cape Verde.
Already three African nations have qualified for the next round of the 2022 World Cup qualifying competition.
They are Morocco, Mali, and Senegal.
With two games left to play, Morocco has already secured first place in Group I.
They trounced Guinea 4-1 in Rabat last month and will be one of ten group winners participating in the continental playoffs in March for five berths.
Senegal defeated Namibia 3-1 and now leads Group H with 12 points after four games.
Mali became the third country to qualify for the final playoff round on Thursday.
With a 3-0 away triumph over 10-man Rwanda in Kigali in an early evening kick-off, they secured top spot in Group E.
The Super Eagles will take on Liberia in Tangier on Saturday and Cape Verde three days later in Lagos as they look to maintain the top spot in group C.
