Despite restrictions by the Federal Government and some State Government across the Federation on large gatherings of people, the senior Pastor and General Overseer of Living Faith Church a.k.a “Winners Chapel” , Bishop David Oyedepo held Sunday Sermon at Cananaland which attracted lots of church members.
Although, Bishop Oyedepo prayed in tweet to Nigerians this morning but it appears that the citizens are having none of it as they attacked him for gathering such a large number of people in his church.
PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS
'You shall not be a victim of this plaque!
The siege of Corona Virus is over today!
You will not bury any of your family members this year!
Something good is coming your way this week!' – Bishop David Oyedepo#LFCLiveService#SundayService#BreakinglimitsAdvertisement— Winners Chapel International (@WinnersWLD) March 22, 2020
Here are some of the reactions of Nigerians
If Ogun state Government has placed a ban on public gatherings and what happened at Winners Chapel in Canaan land still happened, then Bishop Oyedepo should face the complete wrath of the law.
You are not above the law sir, that's a terrible thing to do. Haha!

Bishop Oyedepo is very wrong to say that shutting the church is like shutting the hospital. That's a lie coined to deceive his congregation.
AdvertisementI can pray at home, or anywhere else, it's not same like the hospital where you must be to get healing!
I pity the ppl that believe him

Let us name and shame the pastors who held church services today in spite of the govt directive, pastors who are more interested in protecting their kingdom than protecting their followers.
David Oyedepo, shame on you for putting lives at risk.#PraisesNuggets #coronavirus
