Nigerians react as Lateef Jakande former Lagos State governor dies at 91
The first civilian governor of Lagos State Lateef Jakande has been confirmed to have died on Thursday, February 11th.
Lateef Jakande was one of the most celebrated governors in the southwest died at the age of 91.
Nigerian have taken to social media to celebrate the achievements of the late governor Lateef Jakande.

In remembering Lateef Jakande, I remember that Buhari canceled the Lagos Metro Project Jakande initiated – but has no problems spending more than a billion dollars on a railway from somewhere in Katsina to Niger Republic.
