Brazilian Ronaldo clocks 44, see hat-trick for Real Madrid against Manchester United (video)
Ronaldo Luís Nazário de Lima, commonly known as Ronaldo, turns 44-years-old today.
Ronaldo who is now retired and the president of La Liga club Real Valladolid is widely considered one of the greatest players of all time.
He was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on September 18th, 1976 which makes him 44 today.
To celebrate his birthday we take a look at one of his best moments in the Champion s League.
Even though Ronaldo never won the Champions League, his brightest showing would be for Real Madrid in the quarterfinal.s of the 2002/03 season
On the 23rd of April 2003, Ronaldo scored an amazing hattrick for Real Madrid against Manchester United at Old Trafford in front of 66,708 fans in attendance.
Ronaldo also scored in the 12th, 50th and 59th minute fr Real Madrid who lost 4-3 to Manchester United.
