Chelsea players are back in England after defeating Premier League rivals Manchester City to win the 2020/21 UEFA Champions League.
The Chelsea players and coaching staff took to social media to post a picture of their arrival on social media.
Along with the picture was a message that said, “Straight back to Cobham.
