Super Eagles striker, Kelechi Iheanacho missed an early penalty which could have secured all three points for Leicester City as they held Crystal Palace to a one-all draw at Selhurst Park.

Leicester City’s defender, Luke Thomas was brought down in the box by James Tomkins in the 17th minute which resulted in a penalty for the away side.

However, Iheanacho who is yet to score or provide an assist in the Premier League this season, failed to convert the spotkick as Vicente Guaita parried his left-footed strike away from goal.

Wilfred Zaha made Leicester City pay for their series of missed chances as he got the opener of the game in the 58th minute from the back post after a sumptuous delivery from Andros Townsend.

However, Harvey Barnes got the equaliser with less than seven to the end of the match as he buried a low drive into the bottom-right corner of Guaita to earn the Foxes a point away from home.
