Mercedes’ Lewis Hamilton has emerged winner of the Hungarian Grand Prix for a record eighth time as the British driver takes second position on the Driver’s standings.

Red Bull’s Max Verstappen came second despite crashing his car on his to the grid before the start of the race while Hamilton’s teammate and rival, Valtteri Bottas came third.
Valtteri Bottas is still on top of the log with 43 points finishing third, while Lewis Hamilton is in second position with 37 while McLarens Lando Norris is third with 26 points.
Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc and Racing Points’ Sergio Perez’s Racing point occupies the 4th and 5th positions with 18 and 16 points respectively.
