Flying Eagles manager Ladan Bosso has revealed what he intends to do as the Flying Eagles take on Brazil in their final group game at the ongoing FIFA Under-20 World Cup in Argentina. While speaking to the media ahead of the match, Bosso said his team already know how to handle Brazil having watched replays of their first two matches against Italy and the Dominican Republic.
He also added that he intends to give players who have not featured in the competition the opportunity to prove themselves.
“Having watched Brazilians play, I think we know how to handle them but I will consider giving the other players who have yet to feature in our two games an opportunity to showcase themselves.”

When asked about the performances of the boys so far, Ladan Bosso who is also the President of the Nigeria Football Coaches Association, heaped praises on how well they have performed. He noted that the team can do better as they grow into the competition.
“I am impressed with the performance of my players and I believe they will get better going forward. We shall continue to work hard and see how far our hard work and dedication take us. One thing I will assure Nigerians is that we shall try to meet their expectations.”

The Flying Eagles will face Brazil in their last Group D match on Saturday, May 27 at the Estadio Unico Diego Maradona in La Plata. The Nigerians require a draw to finish first in the group.
The Flying Eagles go into the match against Brazil with maximum points from two games against the Dominican Republic and one of the tournament favorites, Italy as they look to top Group D after three matches.
