Man Utd Transfer: How stats favours Wilfred Ndidi ahead of Rice, Neves others!

In the last 48 hours, football fans online have shared various opinions about Super Eagles midfielder, Wilfred Ndidi following his “five-star” performance against Manchester City as Leicester City became the new FA Community Shield champions over the weekend.

Kelechi Iheanacho’s late penalty secured the win for Brendan Rodgers men at Wembley but Wilfred Ndidi was rated one of the top performers in the match as Leicester City recorded consecutive victories at Wembley.

Ndidi, who played the entire duration of the match had 83% pass accuracy, 4 successful tackles, 2 accurate long balls, 8 recoveries, and 3 interceptions in the match.

The former Genk midfielder is rated as one of the best defensive midfielders in the world at the moment and he’s considered as the best in the league at the moment.

Ndidi has finished among the top five tacklers in the Premier League for the past five years and in the 2017/2018 and 2018/2019 seasons, the Nigerian finished as the top tackler with 138 and 143 tackles respectively.
