Nigeria Football Federation president Amaju Pinnick is angling for a seat on the FIFA World Council and, despite the cacophony of protest voices against him, ace journalist and Group Managing Director of Complete Communications Ltd, Mumini Alao insists every Nigerian should get behind him.
Speaking on the latest episode of Sports Planet Podcast with co-anchor Kayode Ogundare, Alao reckons that the fact that Pinnick is a Nigerian should fire the country’s nationalism fervour since it is inconceivable to support another candidate as long as a Nigerian is running.
