Super Eagles midfielder, Wilfred Ndidi has visited the camp of Nigeria’s U-17 football team (the Golden Eaglets).
The visit is to motivate the Golden Eaglets as they prepare for the U-17 African Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Algeria.
The 2023 U-17 AFCON will be held between April 29 and May 15.
Ndidi announced the visit on his Instagram handle with a video.
“Good to meet up with the under 17s national team and childhood coach. A very pivotal man in my football career. Always great to catch up 🇳🇬#bigwilf,” he wrote
Ndidi has made 47 appearances for the Super Eagles of Nigeria.
Ndidi is currently with the Super Eagles as they will play Guinea-Bissau in 2024 (AFCON) qualifying matches on Friday, March 24 at the Moshood Abiola Stadium and Monday, March 27 at the Estadio 24 de Setembro.
