They were both arrested and taken to the Oklahoma County Jail on murder charges. In May 2020, Oklahoma City police responded to a shooting complaint. When officers arrived, they discovered Josh Stewart, 41, in the parking lot.

Trevynn Conley Self Defense Trial Update

After being arrested and taken to the Oklahoma County Jail, Trevynn Conley’s family and friends have started a petition to have him released. Brooklyn Shianne and their family, who claimed that Trevynn and Clarence acted in self-defense, started the petition.

The two boys allegedly saved their own lives and were blameless for what they did. Therefore, as stated in the Petition’s bio, they shouldn’t be forced to serve time and instead be allowed to return home to be with their families. More than 2600 people have signed the petition as of the time of this writing, surpassing its goal of 5000 signatures.
