Why was Trey Conley and Clarence Wright arrested?
Trey Conley, an American male, was arrested in connection with a man’s murder, according to Oklahoma City police. Aside from that, Conley was not the only one captured; another guy called Clarence Wright was also apprehended.
They were both arrested and taken to the Oklahoma County Jail on murder charges. In May 2020, Oklahoma City police responded to a shooting complaint. When officers arrived, they discovered Josh Stewart, 41, in the parking lot.
EMSA rushed him to a nearby hospital, where he died from his injuries. Officers eventually identified and apprehended two suspects. And the two suspects were Trey and Clarence

On May 2, 2020, two young men named Trey Conley and Clarence Wright were put in grave danger, harassed, and forced to defend themselves legally against two known white supremacists with a lengthy criminal history.
In the commission of this hate crime, which was perpetuated and provoked by the other man, who was later confirmed to be high on the same drugs he has a criminal history of having, Josh Stewart’s vehicle was met with the legal and registered carrier of a firearm, Clarence Wright, a long time friend of Conley, who shot him in self-defense.
Where did the Trey Conley Oklahoma shooting happened?
As previously stated, Trey Conley of Oklahoma was arrested for the murder of Josh Stewart. Conley was arrested along with Clarence Wright in connection with a fatal shooting at a gas station in southwest Oklahoma City.
The shooting happened at a 7-Eleven near I-240 and S May Avenue. Many residents were shaken after a man was shot and killed. Police identified the suspects as Trey and Clarence during the investigation. They were later arrested and booked into the Oklahoma County jail.
Conley was 20 years old at the time, and Clarence was 21. Not to mention that Conley is also known as Trevynn Conley.

On May 2, 2020, two young men by the names of Trey Conley and Clarence Wright were harassed, put in danger, and pressured to use the law to defend themselves from two well-known white supremacists who both had a long criminal history.
Josh Stewart’s vehicle was used in the commission of this hate crime, which was instigated by another man who was later found to be high on the same drugs as he has a history of using in crime. Clarence Wright, a longtime friend of Conley’s and a registered gun carrier, encountered Josh Stewart and shot him in self-defense.
Trevynn Conley Self Defense Trial Update
After being arrested and taken to the Oklahoma County Jail, Trevynn Conley’s family and friends have started a petition to have him released. Brooklyn Shianne and their family, who claimed that Trevynn and Clarence acted in self-defense, started the petition.
The two boys allegedly saved their own lives and were blameless for what they did. Therefore, as stated in the Petition’s bio, they shouldn’t be forced to serve time and instead be allowed to return home to be with their families. More than 2600 people have signed the petition as of the time of this writing, surpassing its goal of 5000 signatures.
The police department hasn’t provided any updates on this case, though they might do so soon now that some media outlets are reporting on it.
