Super Eagles striker, Victor Osimhen will not available for the international friendly matches against the Atlas Lions of Algeria and the Carthage Eagles of Tunisia slated for the 9th and 13th of this month respectively in Austria.
Victor Osimhen will be excused for the games because some.of his teammates at Napoli tested positive for COVID-19 after the latest round of tests carried out by the club.
The Nigeria Football Federation also confirmed that the 21-year-old striker will not be available for the games via a post on via its verified Twitter page today.
The post reads;

Paul Onuachu is indeed a worthy replacement as the 26-year-old striker has recorded 7 goals in 7 league games for his side, Genk in the Belgian Jupiler League.
He has featured six times for the Super Eagles and his only goal for the team came in a friendly match against the Pharaohs of Egypt in an international friendly match in March 2019.
