Throwback: Barcelona beat Manchester United 3-1 to win 2011 UEFA Champions League (video)

On May 28, 2011, Barcelona beat Manchester United 3-1 to win the 2011 UEFA Champions League.

Two years after both sides met in the 2009 Champions League final at the Stadio Olimpico, Barcelona and Manchester United were at it again in front of 87,695 fans in attendance at Wembley Stadium, London.

Barcelona won the first matchup and went ahead in the second through Pedro Rodriguez in the 27th minute.

Manchester United equalized through Wayne Rooney in the 34th minute to even the game at the halftime break.

Lionel Messi put Barcelona ahead in the 54th minute while David Villa wrapped up the scoring in the 64th minute.
