Nigerian striker Victor Boniface has completed his move to German Bundesliga side Bayern Leverkusen.
The 22-year-old joins the Bundesliga outfit on the back of a very successful 2022/2023 season with Royale Union Saint-Gilloise.
Fabrizio Romano the veteran European football transfer expert reports that the Boniface deal to Bayern Leverkusen is worth €20m plus €7m in ad-ons.
He also added that the deal has already been completed and the player will undergo his medical later today before the official announcement by the German club.
Victor Boniface was instrumental to Royale Union Saint-Gilloise’s impressive run in the league and Europe last season.
The energetic striker scored 9 goals and provided 8 assists in 37 league appearances for the Belgian side. He also 6 goals in Europa League 10 appearances and 5 goals in the Champions League last season.
The striker will look to rival Werder Bremen’s Niclas Fullkrug who won the Golden Boot Award last season with 16 goals in 28 matches.
