Who is George Zimmerman?
George Michael Zimmerman is an American insurance underwriter who was born in Manassas, Virginia on October 5, 1983. He was raised as a Catholic and worked as an altar boy from the age of seven to seventeen.
George Zimmerman went to public high school after attending All Saints Catholic School in Manassas. When he was 14, he enrolled in a Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps program to lay the groundwork for his dream of becoming a Marine.
He graduated from Osbourn High School in 2001. George was a Democratic Party member who later became a critic of Obama.

According to the petition, the couple, who married in 2007, “separated on August 13, 2013 and are no longer cohabiting as husband and wife.” The parties’ marriage is irretrievably broken.” They do not have any children.
Shellie Zimmerman, 26, has requested “equitable distribution” of their assets and debts. She also wants sole custody of their two dogs, Oso, a Rottweiler, and Leroy, a smaller dog.
She filed for divorce in Seminole County, Florida.
She stated that she is unemployed on the financial disclosure form. Her monthly expenses were listed as $755. According to the form, the couple owes $3,700.20 in taxes for 2011.
According to the financial disclosure form, George Zimmerman has given her $4,300 for living expenses since their divorce, and the “source of funds appears to be Zimmerman Legal Defense Fund.”
A spokesman for George Zimmerman’s legal team, Shawn Vincent, said there would be no comment.
