Baba Ijesha saga: Iyabo Ojo sues Yomi Fabiyi for 100 million naira in damages
There is a development in the case of Nollywood actor Olarenwaju James popularly known as Baba Ijesha.
Baba Ijesha has been arrested for the molestation of a 14-year-old girl the foster child of comedienne Princess.
Another actor Yomi Fabiyi has demanded that Baba Ijesha be released on bail stating that Iyabo Ojo and Princess were planning to kill Baba Ijesha if granted bail.
Iyabo Ojo took to her official Instagram page to state that her colleague Yomi Fabiyi apologises to her over the recent defamatory statement he made against her and sued him for 100 million naira in damages.
In the post on Instagram, Iyabo Ojo shared copies of the defamation suit filed against Fabiyi.
Along with the post was a message that said, “A full retraction of the defamatory publication by you on your Instagram handle and status for seven consecutive days, starting from the first publication which you must specifically acknowledge that your allegation are false, misleading and entirely defamatory of the client’s character,” part of the suit read.
“One hundred million naira as damages for the unjustifiable injury and losses occasioned by our client caused by your defamatory publication.”
