Super Eagles manager Germot Rohr has hinted at the potential return of former striker into the team.
Sources who spoke with the manager in Germany said he wants Odion Ighalo back into the team ahead of the remaining 2022 World Cup qualifiers.
According to Rohr, Odion his mental strength and experience is needed in the team as they look to qualify for the 2022 Worl Cup in Qatar.
Odion Ighalo retired from the team after the 2019 Africa Cupmof Nations where he finished as top scorer with five goals.
He currently plays for Al-Shabab in Saudi Arabia Professional Football League and the former Manchester United striker has scored 8 goals in 9 matches so far this season.
