Villareal’s coach, Unai Emery believes Super Eagles forward, Samuel Chukwueze is an integral member of his squad despite transfer rumours linking him way from the club.
He also added that he is particularly happy about his development at the club and his contributions to the team.
The Spanish coach said this while responding to a question from Ojora Babatunde – a Nigerian journalist in Paris, during a press conference ahead of the Yellow Submarines Europa League clash away at Maccabi Tel-Aviv.
In his words;
“We are very happy with Samuel Chukwueze, he is growing up with us in this club, his performances are getting better little by little but above all, we want to achieve with him with his skills and capacities…He is very important for us. Maybe in the future, he can go to another club to improve but for now, he’s very happy with us.”

The Nigerian forward continues to be linked with a move away from the Estadio La Ceramical with some top European clubs eyeing him.
Samuel Chukwueze has been impressive so far this season for the club with 1 goal and 2 assists in 9 matches.
