Players and Staffs of Nigeria Professional Football League side, Akwa United were involved in a ghastly bus accident en route to Kaduna their matchday 15 fixture against Jigawa Golden Stars.
The incident took place at Enzionye Express Road in Enugu some moments ago.
According to a statement via the official Twitter handle of the club, some players and staff suffered some level of injuries in the ghastly bus accident.
The club also added that one player and two club officials who suffered injuries have been taken to the hospital.
