The Defense Headquarters has released a new video that the fighter jets and helicopter gunships of the Nigerian Airforce destroyed no fewer than 6 additional Boko Haram gun trucks as well the killing of several fighters.
Naijasuperfans earlier reported that about seven gun trucks were destroyed alongside many fighters in Marte after troops successfully repelled an attack launched by the terrorist.
The extra 6 gun trucks and many other Boko Haram fighters were taken out by superior firepower of the NAF helicopter gunships and fighter jets as they attempted a reinforcement in the town.
The Military high command assured Nigerians that it will continue to work in consonance with other security agents to ensure that the onslaught against criminal elements is sustained.
