See why Atiku Abubakar believes PDP is still the best for Nigeria
Former Vice President of the Federal Government of Nigeria Atiku Abubakar is in the news.
Atiku has given his opinion of the current unrest in the country following the protests to end the operations of the Special Anti Robbery Squad (SARS) of the Nigerian Police Force.
Atiku stated that the People Democratic Party (PDP) is still the best political banner for Nigerian.
Atiku who served as vice president under PDP has contested for the presidential seat under PDP and the All Progressive Congress (APC).
He took to his official Twitter account to post his thoughts on PDP returning to power.
He said, “The Peoples Democratic Party is the best friend Nigeria could have. All geopolitical zones deserve a political party that believes in Nigeria and not a party that believes otherwise.
“The @OfficialPDPNig has much to offer all parts of Nigeria, and I urge all Nigerians in all zones to keep faith with a party that has kept faith with Nigeria and will be equitable to all.”
