Winners Chapel pastor arrested for allegedly raping 11-year-old daughter of a co-pastor in Njaba, Imo State
The Imo State Police luce Command have arrested a one Pastor Joseph Anthony of Living Faith otherwise known as “Winners Chapel” for reportedly having carnal knowledge of the 11-year-old Favor Chikanma – daughter of a co-pastor, Pastor Chukwuma Okoronkwo.
The suspect said he committed the illicit act because he was overcomed by his lust.
The Police Spokesperson in the state, SP Orlando Ikeokwu said Pastor Okoronkwo accommodated Pastor Joseph who had just been transferred to the area to serve until he gets his own apartment. However, Pastor Joseph took advantage of the 11-year-old daughter in the absence of Pastor Okoronkwo.
The leadership of Winners Chapel as at the time of filing this report are yet to confirm or put out a statement as regards the incident.
