Burna Boy gets second Grammy Awards nomination for his album, “Twice As Tall”

Afrofusion superstar, Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu otherwise known as Burna Boy has received his second Grammy Awards nomination for his most recent album, “Twice As Tall”

His album was nominated in the Best Global Music category alongside American Afrobeat band, Antibalas’ “FU Chronicles”, Bebel Gilberto’s “Agora”, Anoushka Shankar’s Love Letters and Tinawiren’s “Amadjar”

Recall that Burna Boy’s 2019 album “African Giant was also nominated in the World Music category where he lost to Beninese singer, Angelique Kidjo.

Burna Boy also received nominations in various categories in the MOBO Awards as well as the Edison Awards (Netherlands) today.
