Talented Nigerian singer, songwriter and performer, Timi Dakolo travelled memory lane to relive some of his childhood recollections as he turns 40 years old today, 20th January 2021.

Timi Dakolo said he remembers when he was writing his West Africa Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination, how he nursed the dream of working in popular oil drilling company, Shell as well as his taking his grandmother abroad.

However, Timi Dakolo revealed that all he wants is to live a quality life as he steps into the “4th floor of life.”  Dakolo, The first winner of the first edition of West Africa Idol show shared his thoughts with stunning pictures on his Instagram handle.

Happy Birthday To Me. I am so overjoyed. I can’t believe I am 40. It was just yesterday I was writing Waec and doing revision on my PN Okeke. It was just yesterday I was dreaming of working in Shell and stay in shell camp. Take my granny abroad and buy her everything. Anyways. I just want to live a quality life and laugh as hard as I can. The 4th floor of life looks great.
