The Super Eagles camp ahead of the Qatar 2022 World Cup Qualifiers has officially opened and players have started arriving at the luxurious Eko Hotel and Suites.
Megan’s defender, Kenneth Omeruo, CSKA Moscow winger, Chidera Ejuke, Everton midfielder, Alex Iwobi, Leicester duo of Kelechi Iheanacho and Wilfred Ndidi, Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper, Daniel Akpeyi, Kingsley Michael of Reggina and Abia Warriors defender, Adekunle Adeleke have arrived camp.
Other invited players are expected to arrive today or latest tomorrow morning ahead of the qualifiers against Liberia and Cape Verde.
The Super Eagles will take on Liberia on September 3rd at the Teslim Balogun Stadium before traveling to Praia to take on Cape Verde four days later.
The team will be without their Premier League stars ahead of the match against Cape Verde due to United Kingdom COVID-19 restrictions
