Two-time Grammy winner Lil Nas X showed off his ripped body in a shirtless mirror selfie after a sweaty gym session on Sunday afternoon. 

In the image, posted to his Instagram, the 23-year-old Panini rapper (born Montero Lamar Hill) could be seen could be lifting his black tank top to flaunt his washboard abs.

‘F me,’ he captioned a Boomerang video of himself wearing a pair of white  Apple AirPods and patterned headscarf.

The Georgia native could also be seen wearing a pair of white shorts with red and blue stripes down the sides. 

Additionally, he shared footage of himself working out as he stared directly into the camera. 

Some of his strength training exercises included using the pulldown machine to strengthen his arm and back muscles.

The Old Town Road hitmaker, who left some fans worried when he went off the grid without warning, came back with a cheeky first post.

‘Why are people surprised i’ve been away for so long? have y’all really never heard of maternity leave?’ he tweeted on Wednesday after delivering his debut album Montero to the world on September 17.

His disappearance from social media came after landing into a bit of hot water with a series of tweets that lightheartedly poked fun at his COVID-19 diagnosis.

‘COVID really sucks,’ the Grammy Award winner tweeted on December 17, adding, ‘Now that I’m sure I won’t die from COVID I will now begin making mildly funny jokes about having it.’ 

In yet another since-deleted tweet, he seemed to compare the virus to musicians Omarion and Alicia Keys. 

‘I’m not sure whether I’ve had the Omarion or Alicia Keys variant of COVID but this has not been a fun journey,’ he wrote.

The random tweets continued with the rapper writing, ‘COVID really sucks. Last night I was tryna watch porn then I sneezed snot all over penis lmao.’

The hitmaker also joked about celebrating his hit single ‘Montero (Call Me by Your Name)’ making it onto Barack Obama’s list of favorite music of 2021.

He wrote, ‘Started running around the house in excitement when I saw this, then I remembered I have COVID lol.’

It seems the Call Me by Your Name singer may have realized that his social media musings were potentially in bad taste as the Tweets have since been deleted from the rapper’s account.

The rapper is known for making controversial remarks on Twitter. In October, the artist – who’s openly gay – wrote: ‘This gay sh** was fun at first. I miss p**** now.’

Eight minutes later he quote tweeted himself and added, ‘Nevermind he texted back.’
