‘This was a gentle workout!’ Millie Mackintosh admits she’s ‘seriously sore’ as she shares a glimpse of her post-baby fitness routine
She welcomed her baby daughter Aurelia in November.
And Millie Mackintosh, 32, revealed that she has taken the plunge to get back into her fitness routine following the birth of her second child, on Friday.
The former Made In Chelsea star slipped into her sportwear as she got to work with her personal training from her home.

Millie showcased her post baby figure in the lavender set consisting of high waisted leggings and a plunging sports bra.
She wore her brunette locks tied back into a practical ponytail and she clutched some weights in her hands.
Alongside the motivating video she penned: ‘Slowly getting back into exercising, not going to lie, I was seriously sore after a very gentle workout yesterday.’

After completing a set of bicep curls, Millie then took to the floor as she worked on her abs in a series of exercises.
Elsewhere Millie went for a winter stroll with Aurelia and Sienna, 20-months-old, as they enjoyed some time at a park.
Millie wrapped up warm in beige coat with a huge trimmed hat as she shielded her eyes with a pair of square framed sunglasses.

The reality television star shares her daughters with husband Hugo Taylor, who she married in 2018.
Since baby number two Millie has been sharing lots of useful hints and tips for new mums, such as using frozen peas or savoy cabbage to help soothe mastitis.
In a recent post she expressed her opinions about too much pressure being put on new mums, she said: ‘I do feel there is a lot of pressure put on mums to just keep going and stick with it but I told myself I wouldn’t make any decisions on a bad day and ultimately I know I’ve got to do what’s best’.
She continued: ‘As a happy mum means a happy baby and however she is fed it will be with love.
