The Studio 10 host, 40, showed off her very trim physique in a waist-cinching gold Velani frock as she showed off her best angles on the red carpet. 

Sarah also had an Angelina Jolie moment with her gown featuring a very daring thigh split.

Her shoulder-length blonde locks were styled to perfection and she opted for glamorous makeup, including kohl-lined eyes and a bold red lipstick.

The TV star said she starts off her day at five in the morning with a double shot coffee followed by a few peanut butter protein balls for breakfast.

During Studio 10, Sarah sips on hot water with lemon and ginger.  

Lunches are often chicken and broccoli while dinner is usually tuna, rice and salad, a burrito or ‘whatever the kids are having’.

‘Don’t get me wrong, I hate every second of an uphill run or a round of burpees.

‘The real high comes AFTER a work out when those feel like feel-good hormones are pumping. Even a walk can clear out the cobwebs,’ she continued.
