Waterhouse originally bought the luxurious waterfront property with wife Hoda in 2014 for $13million, which was $2million above the asking price.

Located in one of Sydney’s most affluent suburbs, the four-bedroom, four- bathroom home delivers an outstanding view of the beach.

In March, the publication reported that Waterhouse wanted to demolish it in order to build a new mansion.

The Waterhouse’s now want to put a $4million Luigi Roselli-designed two-storey pad with pool on the site of the original 1930s home.
