For the second day running, the Senator representing Kogi West district in the National Assembly, Adeyemi Smart is in the news after a video in which he took the Abia state governor, Okezie Ikpeazu to the cleaners as “a drunkard” surfaced online.

Adeyemi was responding to remarks made by Abia Senator Eyinnaya Abaribe in which he described Kogi governor Yahaya Bello as “unfit” for public office despite being a young person.

Meanwhile, the Abia state government has responded to Adeyemi’s video, accusing him of using uncouth language on the person of the governor and advising him to seek for medical help.
